Rates, Reservations & Maps
Three-season rates (includes 10% FL bed tax):
	One week (Sat 3 pm - Sat 11 am):	$800
	Two consecutive weeks:	$1400
	Three consecutive weeks:	$1800
	Four consecutive weeks:	$2000
	Rates listed above do not include the $70 cleaning fee paid separately through our property manager.
	Full payment due 3 weeks prior to reserved dates. (Sorry, no pets and no smoking).
	Refundable deposit of $300 (per week reserved) to reserve your space.
	Also, please note: NO rentals for less than one week.
NOTE: Winter months are monthly rentals only - $2200/month.
